Most orders placed online at walkerbags.com will ship the same or following day. If the merchandise ordered is not in stock production will take at the longest one to two weeks. If you have not received your order within 14 business days please contact service@walkerbags.com or call us at 1.800.447.2279. For international and calls within San Francisco please reach us at 415-821-3070. All orders under $50 ship USPS and orders over $50 ship USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is waived for retail customers within the continental US. Delivery via Fed Ex is available upon request but shipping charges are not waived.

Returns

Let us know that you are returning it.
Return the item(s) in the same box that you received it/them in.
If you do not have the original box find one thats big enough to accommodate the item(s). If you fold or smash the merchandise we will not be able to honor the return.
Include a copy of the pick ticket
Include instructions(ie. exchange for another style, wrong merchandise shipped, please credit...etc).
Return the item(s) within 30 days. Returns received after 30 days will not be honored.
